Śilās (literally ‘rocks/stones’) are sacred fossils and stones that are direct manifestations of the Divine. In this course, you will be introduced to some of the most famous kinds of śilās: Govardhana-śilās, Śāligrāma-śilās, hīra-śaṅkhs, and Gomatī-śilās (which actually include two different kinds of śilās – Dvārakā-śilās and Gomatī-cakras). You will learn their origin stories, their distinctive features, and the unique blessings they bring. You will also learn how to worship them in your own home.
