In the original text, Nārada distils the nature and practice of bhakti into 84 concise sūtras, organised into 5-7 chapters (depending on the version). Here, we will focus on the key insights of each chapter. We will explore bhakti as the path, the means, and the goal itself. We will dive into the different levels of bhakti and learn how bhakti that is limited by the guṇas can ultimately be purified into supreme devotion. We will learn the key practices of bhakti that help us to do so and explore the importance of scriptures, association, and divine grace to support us on the path.
By the end of the course, you will be able to concisely answer the question: What is bhakti, really?
